In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Whisk well.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the milk, melted butter, vanilla, and egg. Whisk the wet ingredients in the well and then use a rubber spatula to slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Before the mixture is all combined, add the CBD oil, and finish up mixing.
Don't worry, it is alright if there are some lumps. The batter will be think/creamy in its consistency. If it is too think, though, fold in 2 tablespoons of milk.
When complete, the batter should pour off a ladle smoothly.
Set batter aside and let rest while heating pan or griddle.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium to low heat and spray with a small amount of coconut oil spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and gently spread it out with a ladle or spoon.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and gently spread it out with the back of your ladle/spoon. Cook until the underside is golden, and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, which should take about 3-4 minutes. Flip with a spatula and cook until golden on the other side, about 3 minutes more. Repeat this process with the remaining pancake batter keeping the cooked pancakes warm as you go.
Serve hot and pour maple syrup for taste.
Enjoy!
