Chicken Fajitas with Avacado and Pico De Gallo

 30 mg CBD oil of choice
 1 tsp Chili powder
 ¾ tsp Ground cumin
 Pink Himalayan salt
 Fresh ground pepper
 1 lb Skinless, boneless chicken breast
 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
 2 Bell peppers, diced
 1 Onion, sliced
 2 Cloves of garlic, chopped
 1 tsp Lime zest
 Corn tortillas
 1 cup Pico de gallo

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Mix chili powder, cumin, and salt and pepper into a rub and mix onto the chicken.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Then add thechicken and cook, turning it until golden. Then move to a baking sheet.

Bake the chicken until it is cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board.

While chicken rests, add peppers, onion slices, garlic and cumin into the pan with olive oil. Cook until the vegetables are lightly brown.

Stir in the lime zest, CBD oil, and 2 tbsp of water. Season with sat. Then, wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and warm in the oven.

Layout the tortillas and serve with all ingredients laid out onto the tortilla and enjoy!
