
Preheat oven to 350F and line a sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, stir together oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt, and the cardamom. Add the coconut oil, nectar, and vanilla, and then use a spatula to stir until everything is well coated.
Put everything into the sheet and spread it to an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Add the coconut flakes and shredded coconut and stir.
Bake for 10 more minutes, or until the coconut is golden brown.
Let the granola cool completely.
Add CBD oil once the granola is completely cool.
Store granola in a container. At room temperature, the granola will stay fresh for up to two weeks, or in the freezer for a few months.
