Place foil-wrapped tortillas in the oven for 10 minutes
While the tortillas are getting warm, in a large bowl, stir together the coconut oil, cumin, chili powder, lime juice, and salt. Add the fish and turn to coat well. Let sit for 7 minutes.
In another bowl, toss together the cabbage and radishes.
Heat a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated fish and sear for 3 minutes per side. Remove the heat and drizzle the fish with the CBD oil.
To serve, place a piece of fish on each warmed tortilla, top with cabbage, radishes, and sliced avocado.
