Yam and Carrot Soup with Ginger
Yields1 Serving
 2 tbsp Avocado oil
 1 Onion
 1 Piece of fresh ginger
 2 Garlic cloves
 2 cups YamPeeled and chopped
 1 ½ cups CarrotsPeeled and chopped
 2 qts Vegetable broth
 ½ cup Miso paste (red)
 2 tbsp Tamari
 150 mg CBD oil

In a large pot, heat the avocado oil over medium heat. Then, add onion, garlic and ginger. Saute for 5 minutes.

Then, add the vegetable broth and add yam and carrot. Turn the heat to high and let boil. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. (Or until yam and carrot are tender)

Remove soup from the heat and stir in miso paste and tamari.

In batches, transfer soup to a high-powered blender and puree until creamy and smooth. Transfer soup back to the pot and whisk in the CBD oil to disperse evenly.

Serve and enjoy! Best for use as a workout recovery soup.
