 2 Thick-sliced breadCan be whatever your favorite bread is!
 1 l Ripe avacadoPeeled and pitted
 810 mg Full spectrum CBD oil
 ½ cup Good quality sauerkrautDrained
 1 tsp Lemon zest
 1.50 tbsp Sea salt
Steps to prepare it

Toast bread to the desired level of doneness.

While bread is in the toaster, scoop avocado into a small bowl, and add the desired amount of CB Doil, then mash the ingredients well to combine. Spread half the mashed avocado on each piece of toast.

Top to avocado mash with sauerkraut and sprinkle on lemon zest and sea salt.
