Three More Cannabis Events Cancelled Due to Coronavirus

Three upcoming cannabis events were either canceled or postponed by Marijuana Business Daily due to the continuing spread of the coronavirus. The three events were set to take place in the United States and overseas.

Three Events

  • The first event, MJBizDaily’s Investor Intelligence Symposium, which was originally scheduled in New York next month, has been canceled. Beginning April 7th, MJBizDaily, will launch a series of webinars to provide the content of the conference for free to cannabis industry executives. 
  • The MJBizConNEXT and Hemp Industry Daily Conference events have been pushed back from early June until August 19th and 20th. The events will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. 
  • MJBizDaily’s European Cannabis Symposium has also been postponed. It was originally scheduled to take place in May in Copenhagen. The new date for the symposium is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

As it stands, MJBizCon is still anticipated to take place on December 2nd through 4th, It will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Conclusion

These are only a few of the events that are being canceled or postponed across the globe. At the very least, the access to technology still allows for these businesses to educate and grow during unprecedented times such as these.
