All full spectrum formulas, we were eager to dig into Veritas Farms CBD-rich products. Shipping took about 4 days, and then we got to dive in.

Using the flowers and leaves from the hemp plant, the topical salve from Veritas Farms comes in two different strengths: 400mg or 1,000mg. There are also three different scent options: unscented, cooling menthol, and lavender eucalyptus. The only variation in price was the strength of the products, so adding a scent doesn’t up the price. We found the lavender eucalyptus to be our favorite, perfect right before bedtime.

Never made with isolate, Veritas Farms states that their full-spectrum CBD capsules contain CBD as well as CBN, CBC, CBG, and other cannabinoids, never using artificial fillers or additives. We went for the 25mg capsule container, though there’s also a 10mg option. Packed with full-spectrum hemp extract from Colorado and sealed with a vegan cellulose capsule, it’s a convenient, easy method to get your serving of CBD for the day without a second thought.

Always a tasty treat, we usually jump at the chance to try out more CBD gummies. The only downside is there’s only 5mg CBD per gummy, which is lower than most standards. For someone very sensitive to cannabinoids, this might be the ideal product to get you warmed up to the idea. It’s great for people that use CBD to just promote general wellness, but maybe not for someone with more severe symptoms to tackle.

There are three scents for the Veritas Farms CBD lotion, but they differ from the salve. You have the choice between unscented, fruity patchouli, and minted lavender. The fruity patchouli is stronger than we were anticipating, and our favorite was the minted lavender, though the other two were both still pleasant. They use the whole plant hemp extract for this formula, infused with moisturizing shea butter, aloe, and safflower seed oil, among other natural and organically grown ingredients.

Not forgetting about man’s (and woman’s) best friend, Veritas Farms provides a full spectrum CBD tincture for pets, too. Offering all the benefits that it can give us humans, but formulated for our four-legged companions, the oil is perfect for both dogs and cats. Whether you need it for a long day while you’re at work, while you take them traveling, stormy nights in, or even maintaining their general wellness, the 200mg bottle is a great way to start incorporating CBD into their daily routine.

The certificate of analysis (COAs) for each product is available on the Veritas Farms web platform. They state that they test every batch of their products, but the batch numbers on each of the COAs are just the name of the product. The batch number for their 1,500mg tincture, for example, is simply labeled “1,500mg Tincture.”

However, there is a detailed list of lab reports visible on their web platform, and they appear to offer a complete breakdown for what you can expect out of each product. They leave nothing unmentioned, stating how much THC, CBD, terpenes, and other cannabinoids are contained in each bottle. 

We didn’t get to see residual solvent testing or any verification through lab reports that the products are free of pesticides, heavy metals, and more, though the company does make mention that their products are free of these contaminants and all-natural.

A genuine, all-natural brand that truly cares about its community, Veritas Farms was a delight to be able to review. We look forward to the brand’s family growing large enough for them to start being more charitable, possibly with a discount program or even a veteran program for those who’ve served and first responders. Regardless, there’s a lot to love about Veritas Farms, and we’re happy to say we’ll be utilizing some of their products well after this review.
